The Department of Higher Education Research Science and Technology (DHERST) has released the Grade 12 New Intake Selection List 2024. This also includes the selection list for Divine Word University (DWU). Grade 12 school leavers applying to DWU for the 2024 academic year can now check their names.

  • National Selection Results: For detailed information on the national selection process and important dates, please refer to the National Selection Results announcement. Remember, successful applicants have met the essential admission criteria and secured a ranking within the allocated quota for their chosen program at Divine Word University.
  • Forwarded Personal Details: Your application details have been securely transmitted to Divine Word University, and you will receive your admissions offer letter directly from the university outlining acceptance specifics.
  • TESAS Eligibility: Check your TESAS status in the National Selection List and the NOAS MyStatus section by the third week of January 2024 to determine if you qualify for financial support through the National Government scholarship scheme.

Important Note for Unsuccessful Applicants

Good news! Your application is now in the National Online Selection System (NOSS) Admissions Pool! This means you’re eligible for potential admission to Divine Word University.

However, please note that Divine Word University will first fill its openings through the National Selections process. If any vacancies remain after that, your application may be considered for admission between December 2023 and March 2024.

To stay updated on your application status, be sure to regularly check the ‘MyStatus’ section on the NOAS platform. This will keep you informed about any developments!
