There are 29 government-funded secondary schools in the SOUTHERN Region, excluding the private and permitted schools. The 2026 Grade 11 selection listings on this page provide direct access to schools in Central (8 schools), Gulf (4 schools), Kiunga/Lake Murray (4 schools), and Milne Bay (7 schools), National Capital District (12 schools), Oro (2 schools) and Western (2 schools). PDF files for all listed schools can be downloaded from this page as soon as the Education Department publishes the 2026 Grade 11 Selection Lists for the Southern Region.
