The Department of Higher Education, Research, Science, and Technology (DHERST) will conduct the NOAS 2026 selection for IBS University online on Wednesday, 17 December 2025. Students are advised to regularly access their NOAS accounts for individual updates. The selection results will be published on this page on 23 December 2025. In addition, the scholarship status of selected first-year students for the 2026 academic year will be released concurrently with the 2025–2026 selection publication list.
IBS University will communicate admission and registration details to selected students from 2 January 2026 onward.

IBS University Successful Applicants
- IBS University will send you specific acceptance details along with your application information.
- Check your TESAS (Tertiary Education Student Assistance Scheme) eligibility in the National Selection List and on the NOAS platform (apply.dherst.gov.pg) by the third week of January 2025 to learn about scholarship access.
For Applicants Not Selected
- Your application remains in the National Online Selection System (NOSS) Admissions Pool. You may still be considered for admission if IBS University hasn’t filled its quota.
- Keep checking your MyStatus section on NOAS from December 2025 to March 2026 for updates.
- If your GPA is below 2.0, consider academic upgrading for future applications. Remember, your educational journey can still be fulfilling!
