The Department of Higher Education, Research, Science, and Technology (DHERST) will conduct the 2026 Grade 12 School Leavers and Non-school Leavers Selection (online) on Wednesday, December 17th, 2025. Students can view their NOAS accounts for personal updates. Publication of results will be made available on this page on 23rd December, 2025. Scholarship status for selected, first year students (in 2026 academic year), will also be published with the 2025-2026 Selection publication list. Admission and Registration information will be communicated to selected students after January 2nd, 2026 onward.
Applicants can check their selection to the Pacific Adventist University (PAU) via DHERST NOAS MyStatus tab after the Natiional (online) selection.
PAU Selection List 2026 New Intake
- Prospective PAU students can access the official 2026 Selection List PDF for immediate confirmation of their placement.
- For the national election results and DHERST secretary press release, please visit the DHERST website.

Accepted Students
- You will receive a personalised admissions offer letter directly from PAU outlining the steps to join the University community.
- To determine your eligibility for Tertiary Education Student Assistance Scheme (TESAS) scholarships supporting eligible programs, consult the selection list and the NOAS platform (apply.dherst.gov.pg) by January, 2026.
For Applicants Not Selected
- Your application remains in the National Online Selection System (NOSS) Admissions Pool. You may still be considered for admission if IBS University hasn’t filled its quota.
- Keep checking your MyStatus section on NOAS from December 2025 to March 2026 for updates.
- If your GPA is below 2.0, consider academic upgrading for future applications. Remember, your educational journey can still be fulfilling!

When will the selection list for non school comes out
Hi Delilah, the universities and colleges will release them. They do that at different times between December (this year) and Janaury (new year). Check with the insitution for the exact.
